Kevin is regarded by many as, “Not just another insurance broker”. His experience spans 25 years in the group insurance/employee benefits and retirement industry. Starting out with a large international broker allowed Kevin to learn from some of the best in the industry.
After a couple of years, he decided to venture out and begin his own brokerage. The success of that brokerage lead him to sell his company to a larger, multinational risk manager. To be honest, Kevin tried out retirement (for about 6 months) and realized how much he missed the industry. Hence, the birth of Clarity Benefits Group Inc.
Kevin believes that every company is unique, with their own identity and culture, and therefore customizes his approach to deliver services, which offer the resources and tools, providing a competitive advantage to his clients.
Kevin is passionate about spending time with his family, enjoying the great outdoors, looking for his golf ball, and casting a fly rod on the Bow River.
Kristin joins Clarity Benefits Group Inc. as a Senior Consultant after working for a prominent National insurance carrier as an employee benefits wholesaler. With 9 years of sales experience, Kristin specializes in group benefits in the small to mid market space. She comes equipped with a Group Benefits Associate and Compensation Management designation, as well as, impressive knowledge in all aspects of benefit plan design, various funding methods, service and administration.
Kristin brings to the table a vibrant, client centric and solutions oriented approach when working with her corporate network. She is very excited to be client facing during a period of transition in our industry.
When she’s not in the office, you can find Kristin gasping for air on a hike in Banff, singing her heart out at a concert or travelling to fulfill her interests in food and wine. Kristin is also a Cabinet member for a local charity where the vision is to eradicate the effects of child poverty through physical fitness and educational support.

Jonathan joins Clarity Benefits Group Inc. as a Business Development Lead after 7 years in the Oil & Gas industry having worked in Procurement and spending the last 5 years in Sales & Business Development for a large petroleum service company.
Jonathan brings with him a charismatic approach with an emphasis on customer service. His focus is advancing Clarity’s commitment to providing knowledgeable and dependable service while always striving to exceed expectations.
When he isn’t working, you can find Jonathan enjoying the outdoors fly fishing and trying to find his way around a golf course. He is passionate about spending time with family and conveys those same values when dealing with clients.
